Antoinette Clark

(Diploma of Teaching – Primary, a Diploma of Teaching - Early Childhood)

My name is Antoinette Clark and I am a Coordinator for Christchurch.

I have been involved in Early Childhood for the past 12 years and primary school for the past year.
I have a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology, a Diploma of Teaching – Primary, a Diploma of Teaching - Early Childhood, a Certificate in Community Psychiatric Care – Child and Adolescent and I am a Certified Infant Massage Instructor.
I have had experience in both Early Childhood Centres and in a similar role in Home Based Care. I have worked with children ranging from 0 – 17 years old in residential and school settings. For the past year I have been relieving in a Primary School and this has given me a great insight into the New Curriculum and how it fits with the Early Childhood Curriculum.
I am a mother of three children, two sons - 8 yrs and 7 yrs and a daughter – 3yrs. It is through them that I have gained an insight into just how individual children are, even when part of the same family!
I am really looking forward to meeting everyone involved in Home Grown Kids and working alongside you all to provide the best possible care and education for each individual child.
