About Us

A Little HGK History!

HGK literally is Home Grown. Owned by Stacey, Melany and Gwyn (Melany and Stacey are sisters and Melany is married to Gwyn), we are a family owned, operated and orientated company.

We starting in 1997 as NZ Nanny Support Service working from an office/caravan in the driveway of a Daycare Centre. Back then we had 1 Coordinator who used to travel from Tauranga to Auckland to Taurmaranui! (She is still with us after 14 yrs!!)

In 2006 we recognised that the company had grown and changed over the years, so HGK was born...and we haven't looked back since!

These days the HGK family numbers close to 30, and our staff have never been staff...they are our extended family!
