Outings and playgroups are a great opportunity for children to engage in social play and develop friendships, and for nannies, educators and parents to meet and get to know each other. All educators, parents and children are welcome to attend outings and playgroups. I will send out a reminder the day before, so please r.s.v.p, it is very much appreciated.
Please always bring some morning tea and something to drink.
If you have any ideas, or somewhere in particular you would like to go for an outing, it would be great to hear from you. Please feel free to ring me or talk to me about it at my visit.

Come and join us for a 'Teddy Bears' picnic and scavenger hunt at Owen Delany Park - on Centennial Drive. There is heaps to do, lots of space and climbing frames to keep all the children busy. We will have a scavenger hunt, then Jackie is going to take the tamariki (children) on a bear hunt, there is a great lot of trees to make this real. Please remember sun hats, sun block, lots of fluids and morning tea. Look forward to seeing you all there! |

Come and join us at the lake, there is a lovely playground and toilets close by. Some children may like to have a paddle in the lake.
