From Jade's Mum...
Home Grown Kids have the opportunity to see themselves as 'explorers'- competent, confident learners who ask questions and make discoveries. Jade found a jaw bone on a beach in the Marlborough Sounds- at first she didn't know what it was so we looked at it and discovered it had big teeth. Jade then said- 'Oh it's a mouth bone, maybe its a dinosaur mouth bone' ( I guess it does look enormous through a 4 year olds eyes)!
