North Educator Conference - 31/7/2010
A huge thanks to all our wonderful Educators who gathered in Auckland over the weekend from Whangarei, Auckland, the Waikato and the Bay of Plenty; to take part in our first ever Educator's Conference.
We were very humbled to see that you are all as passionate about HGK as we are and we hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did!
The opportunity to put faces to names and to answer your questions and listen to your advice was simply awesome and we are already working on some of the ideas discussed.
We will definitely be doing this again next year, possibly in two locations in the North Island and we are looking forward very much to the South Island Conference. That's right, we are holding the same conference in Christchurch very soon. If you would like to attend the South Conference, please contact your Coordinator to register (It's FREE).

Hey there,
Just thought I would get back to you finally about the Educator Conference! I figure better late than never, but i finally have all my children asleep... At once! Ta Da! hehe.
Firstly it was fantastic meeting you all!! Its always nice to put a face to a name! It was also fantastic hearing how you started up. Its really nice to confirm, that I have chosen the best company to work with :).
It was fantastic having IRD there. Although I had done my tax already, they were certainly able to help me with this further. Tax is always a confusing subject, so its nice to finally understand it further.
It was also fantastic meeting other educators (and coordinators as well!). As I have 3 -4 little ones in my care most days, we don't always make it to outings, due to sleep routines etc. Im looking forward to meeting up with some of the other Auckland educators at the Zoo in a few weeks time. Perhaps at the next conference we could have further time to chat with other educators?
Anywho, I wont carry on anymore. Once again thanks for a great day! It was nice to meet you all, and I learned heaps :).
